Partnerships & Policy

Sowmya
Srinivasan

I am the Partnerships Manager at Open Links Foundation, where I lead fundraising strategy and donor relations for the Vinoba Program — a technology-enabled initiative that works with the government to improve student learning outcomes at scale.

I manage a ₹14 Cr+ grant portfolio spanning corporate CSR, foundations, and individual donations, leading donor communications, engagement, and the organisation's monthly newsletter. My work spans the full arc of institutional partnerships — from proposal writing and compliance to impact storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

I hold a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School, Berlin, and a law degree from Tamil Nadu National Law University. My background is in digital rights, climate policy, and international development.
